Prepare for your first class

  • Arrive 10 minutes early so that our team can show you how to use the machine safely and effectively. This is required for your first class.

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing

  • Grip socks are required – bring your own or purchase them at our studio

  • ​Bring a water bottle

  • Get ready to work and have fun!
